Reservations are made online from this website, if you find the day and time available it really means that you can confirm it, it is available.
The system allows you to book up to 1 or 2 hours in advance, but we always recommend organizing the tour well taking into account how far you are from the beach.
Ideally, you should book at least the day before, but if you are already on the beach in Tulum and want to come, 1 hour in advance is perfect, so we will have everything ready when you arrive.
