To navigate we depend on the authorization of the Mexican Navy, who every day at 9 am issue a report on the conditions. If the Navy decides to close navigation at any time due to strong winds or tides, we must stop sailing.
In these cases, if it is possible for you, we will reschedule the tour for the next day or if you can no longer return we will refund the tickets in full.
It is important to keep in mind that only the Navy can cancel the navigation and that the Caribbean weather is quite unstable but storms usually pass in 15 or 20 minutes and the sun comes out.
So don't worry about anything, the service is guaranteed.
